By accessing and using ElvenForge, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use ElvenForge.
2. Use of Generated Content
All names and character content generated by ElvenForge are free for personal and commercial use without attribution. You may use generated names in published novels, DnD campaigns, games, VTuber personas, and any other creative projects.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ElvenForge for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to compromise the security of the platform, to scrape content in ways that harm service performance, or to misrepresent affiliation with ElvenForge.
4. Intellectual Property
The ElvenForge platform, design, branding, and underlying systems are the intellectual property of ElvenForge. The content you generate using our tools is yours. Our name generation systems and algorithms remain our proprietary technology.
5. Disclaimers
ElvenForge provides generators on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the uniqueness of generated names or their suitability for any particular purpose. Always verify that generated names don't conflict with existing trademarks before commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
ElvenForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of ElvenForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
